Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates - United States

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via USPS. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $60.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship within the continental United States. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

You can also view your order status from your customer account dashboard. Click the account icon in the top right of your screen. Once logged in click on Orders to view status of your recent purchase.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@loveandlightbotanicals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

If you request to ship to a P.O. Box please be aware that there are limitations when it comes to the size of packages that can be delivered to P.O. Boxes. If you package doesn't fit or cannot be held locally, we cannot guarantee delivery or replacement of the item(s).
