Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Open to participants aged 18 and above residing in the United States. Prizes will be shipped to US address only.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on March 9, 2024 and ends on March 23, 2024 at 11:59pm CST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow @loveabdlightbotanicals on Instagram or Facebook, like the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments. Each participant may only enter once. To be eligible for the instant win prize participants must also subscribe to email on www.loveandlightbotanicals.com.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. The selection will take place by March 27th, within 4 days after the giveaway ends. The winner will be contacted directly only from our official Instagram or Facebook account. Love and Light Botanicals will never contact you from our personal email or messenger accounts.

Prize

The prize consists of one full size skincare product of your choice - 10 prizes will be awarded in total. Products available to select from include Habitual Hydrator daily moisturizer, Youglow Elixir sleep repair oil, Bright Eyes under eye cream or Dayglow hydration boost serum. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Shipping

The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address within 3 days of confirming their details. Love and Light Botanicals is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping.

Publicity

By participating in the giveaway, participants grant Love and Light Botanicals the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing channels.

General Conditions:

Love and Light Botanicals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Release:

By participating, participants release Love and Light Botanicals from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

Governing Law:

The giveaway is governed by the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be handled according to these laws.
